TTD has provided many facilities to the pilgrims who are visiting the temple of Lord Venkateswara by trekking Alipiri or Srivari Mettu foot path routes.
Free bus facility from Railway Station to Alipiri or Srivari Mettu to transport the pilgrims who desire to trek the respective foot path routes as per their choice.
A free luggage counter has been arranged at Alipiri where in pilgrims can deposit their luggage and get the receipt. After reaching Tirumala they can collect their baggage.
In Tirumala free accommodation is available for them in PACs (Pilgrim Amenities Complex), free tonsuring, free Darshan and free meals are also available at Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Annaprasada Bhavan or at PAC II.
DIVYA DARSHANAM TICKETS FOR PEDESTRIANS
Divya Darshanam Tickets are issued for those people who claims the hills. To claim the hills are two ways that is
- Alipiri Metlu(steps)
- Srivari Padalu or Srivari Metlu i.e Srinivasa mangapuram side
- Alipiri Metlu is the mostly People going on that way only. Distance is 7 km ie 3650 steps. In this way 24 hours you can walk. Divya Darshanam tickets are issue at “GALIGOPURAM”.
- Srivari Padalu is the another way &shortest way to Tirumala. Distance for Tirupati to Srivari Padalu is 12 km .That is near Srinivasa Mangapuram Temple. This Srivari padalu or SIVARI METLU is Opened for Morning 6.00 AM to EVENING 6.00 PM only.Distance is 4 Km i.e 2025 steps only. Divya Darshanam tickets are issued at Near 1050 step.
